Haha... Actually no a lot of them are from my childhood but a lot of them I got during my teen years on my own 😄... Especially the older more expensive ones. I've been collecting toys from a very young age before nostalgia was a thing.

That's great to hear I hope you heard a few things here that you will apply and really work on because if you do I promise you you will feel much better everyday when you wake up!! @@Popculturecreep I’m well on the way to getting shut of negativity and one of the biggest things that has helped me is to remove negative words from my speech and thought processes. I have trained myself to use instead of ‘can’t or won’t’ use can and will regardless of how long it takes as a phrase; being a longer term it helps reinforce my mindset. Hope that idea resonates with you too!

@@DarrellW_UK Similar! I've been trying to use passive voice to reduce the amount of self-blame. Rather than "sorry, I forgot to wash the big pot" I'm aiming for "hey, the big pot still needs washing but I've done all the rest". Same information, better attitude.

​@Popculturecreep I was born in the mid 80s Los Angeles was different than Texas and Louisiana where I grew up. Los Angeles was ahead of us with Technology and new clothes in pop culture. Commercials were really interesting in this decade

Using a PS3 Bluetooth controller with a custom Bluetooth receiver. That way I can use analog control as well as digital with the buttons. The hinges are machined.. I got them through the Astromech forums during one of the runs.

Honestly I dont remember the brand ..I think it was made by RCA .. but i do remember it recorded directly to a vhs tape and it was HUGE lol. He was lugging that thing around all day in a big bag. I have more footage I'll be uploading soon so stay tuned! Thank you so much for watching!

It started off as once a year and was held in Ocala .. now its twice a year.. I think that started last year if I remember correctly.. As far as best day to go.. Saturday is by far the busiest...I would say if you are not looking to purchase collectibles Friday is the best day to go since there's way less people and easier to get around... if you are looking to buy stuff.. Sunday is the day to go since most sellers give discounts because they dont want to haul the merch back with them. The drawbacks to Friday sometimes is that not all celebrities advertised are there.. a lot of them arrive on Saturday. Thanks so much for watching :)

I was actually considering going to that one..Toylanta...How was it?... I'm headed that way for JoeFest in June...its in Augusta...This show overall was meh... but it did have some tables with legit vintage stuff.

I always look for airbnbs nearby when I go ...usually the best way to get a nice place for about the same as a low budget hotel.

I would try one of the Facebook groups for Joe collectors people tend to strip broken ones and sell the spare parts. Don't know if you've looked on eBay but I've seen them there a few times also.
