When it snows like this I think of Hope Gustafson, whom I know misses it in her heart of hearts. So I filmed a bit of it for her. (I was listening to Christmas Music at the time, so to answer who that may be? It is the Harry Simone Chorale's album Little Drummer Boy, ca. 1959)

this is a weir, not a ladder, the dam has a ladder, this one stops salmon from spawning, pretty soon, there will be no salmon runs up this river, only lake salmon. People that live on the river complaining about dieing salmon.
