Don’t buy this. I get fault code 353. GE says they don’t know what it means, as did the tech they sent out…who also told me he can’t move the unit to service it. GE also tells me they won’t move it for me. Great support. Never buying GE again.

It's a piece of crap. It doesn't dry at all! It takes 3 hours to dry. Its a total waste of money. Many usera are complaining about this crap.

Does the left door feel less tight when closed as compared to the right? I noticed that the left door is a lot easier to open and almost feels loose.

I've waited over a month for them to fix my dryer. The thing cost a thousand dollars and it's not even a year old. I'm done with GE!

I have a small condo w/o a WD hookup. I almost bought this but decided to just convert a closet to house two portable dryers and a front-load washer (made W/D hookup under the sink wasn't hard at all just ordered all my parts on Amazon). Long story short did all the work myself and I am not very skilled just watched a bunch of videos. One washer and two dryers is much more efficient and this "One & Done" that is overpriced and 320lbs.

Bad idea.. too complex and smell from the steam/water that comes from it. If I could take a picture and show you how this brand new unit threw so many codes right out the box I would. It's a reason we're just now seeing these... water & heat don't mix

Makes no sense for me as I can wash and dry at the same time. This a cool idea but doesn't work for my style. I guess if I wash when I get a load it would but I usually have 3 on wash day

Well after 10 years my top drawer doesn’t want to work and I’m so upset that there is an issue! The lights come on but when I want to start it makes a beeping sound and that is it. No start! I clean it about once a month cannot figure out what is wrong. The drawer is ok any help? But it has been very reliable up to now lol if I have to buy another dishwasher it would be another one like this. I have no error codes either

Had a washer dryer combo years ago in the U.K. seemed like a great idea at the time till your one day off that you need to do laundry and now you have to wait for it to dry before you can start next load. Add an extra hour to each load instead of washing next load and drying a load at same time

Lies, does not work well.. I hear it's horrible, it never dries complitly and then when it does dry it it takes 5h, and lint collects everywhere..

All my Viking appliances have quality problem. Refrigerator, dish washer, stove and oven are all Viking. One crack appeared on the refrigerator inside after months of purchase. Oven lost the timing function after 2 months of purchase. The detergent box of dish washer didn’t open sometimes and had to wash the twice. Refrigerator broke down twice after repair. Viking is really a NIGHTMARE . Never buy that brand. Who can tell me how to get compensation for that?

This fridge stinks. I spent 15k and it makes noise! On my second one and second one makes noise. The egg holders on the doors also stink. My old one was way better

This machine sucks big 🏀 it is not worth the price. Hell not even for 500. Wast of time and money. The POS never dries right!!!! Don't was not even 200 on it.

What is the power consumption of the heat pump dryer cycle compared to other stand-alone heat pump dryers on the market? Does it have the extra-hot setting found on other modern GE Front-load washers? How noisy is the drain pump (I have a GE 650 washing machine and the pump has *always* been extremely noisy? Is the drum belt driven or direct drive? How noisy when it spins? My GE 650 Washer is on a second floor wooden+linoleum pavement, perfectly level. Yet, it shakes more than I would expect and one out of four cycles it refuses to spin - unless the load is big enough and balanced enough (i.e., forget about washing one single towel with other items - it won't spin), it will not spin or take forever to balance the load (with the noisy pump is running all the time)...

Just purchased this 2 days ago and when mine first starts up it makes VERY loud clicking noises, I think when its filling with water it shakes the whole house. And ideas? I had it installed by Lowes but it definitely is not quite, wonder if its set up wrong.

If life is hard for you, because your microwave doesn't have an automatic drawer, you don't have any problems to complain about.

If you are that cramped for space you'd be better off with a stackable, although I don't recommend those either.

Do they make a portable version for us apartment dwellers that live in older buildings in NYC? No laundry rooms or extra space for us. We have to move our machines to either the kitchen sink or tub. Do they have a setup for us?
