Starting this Saturday with mini twist. I will re-twist every month, installing with Shae Butter only & castor oil for scalp = increases blood flow to scalp & promotes growth. I don't wear faux hair = don't need to or want to 😉. Happy Growing with you Sis 💃🏿

Yes I’m leaving mines in for a year. I’m going to keep this challenge personally up from 2024- 2027. I want hair passed my neck and breast area. My method I do is oil my hair 4x a week, spray a water based leave in conditioner and moisturize with a cream based conditioner. I’ve been started in 2022 and I was doing braid downs under my glues wigs or headband wigs, but I just happened to switch to mini plait braids.

My protective styles will be wigs glueless , box braids and crotchet braids. Wigs 3 months at a time, then box braids for 6/8 weeks then crochet hair, then back to wigs. I’m currently in a protective style for the month of January, for my birthday I’m gonna get a wig install so I’ll let the stylist know I plan on leaving it on for 3 month so that way she braids my hair down really flat 😊
