I have been eating some of the Quest protein snacks and making sure to always eat my meat first, but I may try to start drinking Profee (protein shake mixed with coffee) in the morning, because I’ve seen others start their day with it! I remember someone talking about those, but from I remember the vitamins from the patch weren’t enough for the daily amount we should be taking. When is your surgery date? Are you excited?

@@RemilaneStyle I’m going to ask my dr about those patches, I know each Dr has his/hers preferred recommendations. Waiting on my surgeons office to call and schedule me I received my insurance approval yesterday I’m so ready!!

@@RemilaneStyle girl!!! I had my VSG surgery on 3/25 I’m one week post op and feel great!!!!!! I’m so happy I did this for myself ins approved my procedure on a Wednesday and I had surgery by the next Monday!!! Woohooo!!

1 year and a month. It mainly took so long because my primary doctor wasn’t giving the ok. My doctor wanted to make sure my blood pressure wasn’t too high during surgery and that my heart was ok

Thank you so much! I did learn that the hard way! I don’t know why it didn’t happen with this one, but when I attempted to make another that happened! Also the second one I sealed the Acrylic paint with Mod Podge spray! Turned out beautifully!❤️

Wow…I have no idea what to do. There was no way for me to report the account to Facebook! I Googled it and tried different ways, since they changed the email address on my account their own there is no way for me to report them

@@RemilaneStyle sorry this is happening to you, I tried to report the account not sure if it'll do anything. It just concerns me that your family pictures are on there and the hacker is using this to legitimize their account
