as a 14 yr old who did my grade 8 abrsm a few months ago, my lowest is G0 (yeah i like my pedals) and my highest i got one time on a massive fluke and it was G6

If you start with the hooks further down, there will be enough tension to prevent them from slipping out when you stretch the elastic band into the hooks you started with! I just figured it out, but wouldn't have done anything without your tutorial. Thank you, it really helped!

Mine were all stretched out.. I used regular hair ties and they worked perfect. The only problem was the hooks needed to be closed up a little for the bands to stay in place. Easy peasy !😊

I think you could really make something very pretty with exact idea just a few more resolutions interspersed throughout.
Under this system of tuning, it's quite interesting how the resolution feels better represented as non western-style chords that resolve to western-style chords; this element represents an implied cadence point. -And i am basing that solely on western theory principles in hopes to better understand non-western systems and create an accessible bridge between the two, or at the very least as Valls put it "make the musicians listen more enharmonically".
