Naan Mudhalvan platform aims to provide dynamic information for college students on courses and relevant information about industry specific skill offerings. This will enable the students of TamilNadu to get training in their chosen field of interest that will help them in achieving their career goals.
Our vision is to create constant opportunities for the youth of Tamil Nadu to be able to acquire skills of choice and to support them with the means of creating sustainable livelihoods.

Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC), in collaboration with ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems, is making strides toward inclusivity and empowerment.
Historically, candidates with disabilities, particularly speech and hearing impairments, were not hired in hazardous industries due to industrial policies. However, during a recent industry meet, TNSDC actively engaged with industry leaders to address this barrier. As a result, hazardous industries are now ready to onboard differently-abled candidates, equipping them with essential manufacturing and automobile skills to ensure their safety and productivity.
This initiative not only creates sustainable employment opportunities but also redefines workplace diversity by empowering individuals and fostering equal opportunities.
At TNSDC, we are proud to champion inclusivity and pave the way for a more equitable workforce.
