What’s the point in setting a higher goal to reach to reach the original goal. Are you not basically saying that you are unable to reach your goals
nah, i’m saying that once you reach your goal you won’t be fulfilled so you might aswell chase another goal since the chase is what gives you purpose
The brain would subconciously tell you that you purposely set unrealistic goals so there's no point reaching for them. I hope that makes sense.
then make the goals realistic enough so that you can achieve them but only on very rare occasions

hey great video, but i had a question. This way won't u get complacent knowing that u are already aiming for higher than what u want? How do u train urself to aim for the thing that higher than ur highest goal? I hope this makes sense
You want to break this highest goal into small daily habits. Then when you feel like you are falling off those small daily habits, you should increase how hard those daily habits are so that you prevent yourself from becoming complacent. Hope this helps

Bro ... I'm worried about my grades... On the day when I write the exam I'll feel okay...but on the next day I'll feel like the things which I've wrote is completely wrong and im going to fail and due to this reason I cant focus on my next exam and if I try to study I'll get distracted very easily 🙂
you need to have the mindset that you cannot worry about what you cannot control. As soon as you finish an exam, worrying about it will contribute nothing to your next exams so you need to only focus on the future.

@@mayajames4915 I realised after doing past papers that I knew a lot more than I thought I did. Listening to summary videos of subjects helped me with content a lot.
