How did that man get through singing that song without completely breaking down I'll never know , Loosing my Father at 12 years old 💔 Christmas 🎄 Morning, ( Christmas never has been same) I know this song well !

My father died last November. We took him off life support after 11 days. He was an atheist. A sarcastic atheist. As his breathing slowed, then stopped, I could see the fear in his eyes. I don't cry because he died. I mourn because I know he died afraid.

While the video is far from perfect (I think it's all the goofiness of the old versions of the boys), I think it's charming for those reasons. I think the general reaction of hearing John's vocals for the first time, really, really can make someone cry. We _all_ wish to hear him sing once again...

I nursed my father through his cancer and played this at his funeral. He passed 16th March 2024. I miss him so much he was more than a father to me. Then to kick me down more mum kissed him goodbye at his funeral and told him she wont be long. She passed away on the 11th of April.

It was all about the live show with these guys .. lethal rythm section laying it down tne young brothers are such killer players .. that crowd is insane

I saw them live in 77 or 78. I feel sorry for today's generation because they never got to experience really good rock music. Those of us growing up back then didn't know how good they had it until it was gone. In 1978 I had a new Camaro, a pretty girlfriend and total freedom. I miss those days.
