Since 2001, Dianne Porchia has been utilizing the principles and practice of mind-body medicine, psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics, heart-brain coherence, somatic dialogue, heart-centered communication skills and spiritual practices such as meditation, mindfulness and visualization to help her clients achieve integrated mind-body-heart-soul balance in all areas of their life - personally, professionally and spiritually.

Work Party at the Eco-Farm

About 12-15 friends and family of Paul’s showed up for a work party at the Eco-Farm to help clean up the fallen tree debris from the ice storm. Young families, kids and dogs ran around while working, yummy hot lunch break and roasted marshmallows for Samore’s over the burn pile.
