Привет 🙂 А как разные варианты одежды одевать и снимать? Получается все подключаешь через компоненты и потом делаешь видимым или не видимым отдельный компонент экипировки?
Приверт. Да, можно или скрывать видимость или просто оставлять слот со скелетал мешем пустой.
@oleksandrkorostylov6718 я думаю можно попробовать через нумерацию прописывать вкл. выкл. 🙂 У меня тоже кастомный персонаж в разработке, думаю как правильно это сделать

Hi. The Set leader pose node does not seem to work with GASP. Do you know how to make a modular character with GASP please?
Fantastic video. A question... You used alphas in order to mask out those parts of the body that may overlap with the clothing. Is there a way to select or mark a group the polygons and then store that as a selection set? And then be able to toggle the visibility of that selection set? Maybe via vertex painting or something? For example, that is how Bethesda did it for Skyrim (and probably for some other of their games). So each time you create a piece of armor, like say a pair of boots, you would export it with the selection set data (they called it BS Dismember/Deformer, something like that). And the selection set data would include the polygons of both feet and anything that the boots may overlap with, such as the lower portion of the calves for both legs. For an arm bracer, you would hide the hand and half of the elbow area, etc. All depending on what the armor piece is supposed to cover, and where the overlapping issues may occur. For a fingerless glove, you would leave the fingers visible, for example.
I suppose, Vertex paint would work. Search for Vertex Paint Materials Blending etc.

Now enable raytracing....does it crash for you as well then? Because I´ve been stuck on this for ever, getting a crash related to GPU skin cache when using raytracing with a character blueprint that uses Lead pose component. Couldn´t figure out why yet, would help me out if you could confirm, so I can further troubleshoot...:) Great tutorial nonetheless...:)
you should consider posting your problem on their official UE5 Thread. Sometimes develeoper themselfs respond. Its worth a try

Hello. The difference is that most of the assets are different. I'm not quite sure what exactly you mean by your question?
@@oleksandrkorostylov6718 which Assets? I mean, Can I use your Character Editor ingame for the Players and Reduce the Amount of Items in the configurator. I want that the Players find the stuff on the Map and Can not select by start :)
There's about 70 percent of the assets here that are different or have different skins. All of this is possible to realize with blueprints in your project. Those are not the solutions my product offers. I specialize in character creation, not game mechanics.
How is a configuration "exported" to my character blueprint?

Thank you. This model uses the standard UE5 Skeleton. Any option will work here, depending on your tasks. There are many tutorials on youtube. Could you tell me if you would like to see similar tutorials with these assemblies?
Ah ok, thank you In general some Editor footage would be great, to see how the meshes look like and how to work with them. I saw that the Arms and Gloves are changed together, same as Legs and Feets, so I assume they are one mesh.

will these work with eu4 skeleton / ALS?
At the moment, this product only has a UE5 skeleton. I'm not sure how it will work with the foreign ALS system, which was developed for UE4 and as far as I know is no longer supported.

I think this is amazing. I would love to have seen some more wear, dirt, dust, mud, on them. Maybe even some more differences in material types in terms of roughness values and what not. Great work though!

Hello, I absolutely love your assets, and I gave my first 5-star rating since the Marketplace transitioned to Fab. Currently, Fab doesn't offer a way to contact or communicate with asset creators, so I'm reaching out here. In general, a single knee pad is typically worn on the right knee, not the left. This is because most shooters are right-handed. When a right-handed shooter naturally crouches to aim, the knee that touches the ground is the right one, not the left. Would it be possible for you to update the asset to reflect this fact? Currently, all single knee pads in your asset are worn on the left knee. I don’t want our game to be criticized for this detail.
