Honestly, I keep a glass breaker in the center console, or if there isn't a center console in the vehicle, I keep it mounted somewhere in the middle, being that most of the time when you're driving a car, see, they're going to be you or pastor there's not always going to be someone in the back and keeping it in the middle of a center console keeps it accessible for both people even if the seat belts lock. My Ford Focus, which is in 2014, has a center console, so I minimize what I put in there so it's easy to grab. Where is my 1994 f250 doesn't have one because it has a bench seat, but it does have a cup holder on the front of the bench seat in the middle where I screwed the bracket that can hold the glass breaker sits, and if the seat belt locks up you can still reach it.
