It's very bad, but not even the worst racing game on the Dreamcast, considering Ducati World: Racing Challenge exists there. It's also nowhere near the worst racing game on consoles, considering titles like Hooters: Road Trip (PS1), Dirt Racers (SNES) and Crazy Frog Racer (PS2) exist. Then again, not even those games are as horrendous as the infamous Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing (PC), which forever will be the absolute bottom of the genre.
