Is it important whether I get the packs from the hardest challenge (Master), or can I just show them from any packs?
It doesn’t matter where you get the pack from, they all have the same chance of Lapras
I got it first try and just assumed you were guaranteed to get it. Guess I was just lucky.

You don't want his deck. Too many EX mons to make a Dragonite. If his opponent was smart they spam switch around wasting his time to use up an energy and KOing the birds. You want to run copies of the dragons, and the evolution line for pidgy cause once you get out Pidgeotto you can keep swapping your opponents pokemon and burn time to build up your dragon. If you don't correctly, you'll just win once it's done
