FINALLY fixed my squeaking treadmill deck (Sole F85)
After trying every tip in every single video I have found for the problem of squeaky treadmills, I was finally able to fix my Sole F85. I have tightened and lubricated every nut and bolt on this thing, and it has still been squeaking badly. But after tightening and lubricating the screws that hold the deck in place, it's finally silent!
I'm posting this video in the hope that it could be of use for someone else that have the same problem.

Thanks! This worked. I only tightened the last two because the others were hard to get to. I also put oil on them.
Great to hear! It's been a while and mine has started to creak again, but with a deeper tone, so I'll have to try to retighten them again :)
Thanks for pinpointing the source of the Sole F80/F85 track noise. That constant Tick Tick Tick for every step was really irritating! I wasted my time with advice from other videos, on the same bolts and pivot points that you did, before finding your video.

Thanks so much for posting this. Had the exact same issue, a loud creak everytime we stepped down. Lubricating all of those bolds helped immensely.

The squeaking. Ours is making a noise when were running on it only. We have a noise too but I wouldn't say that it is squeaking. Do you have a video with it "squeaking"?
I don't, sadly. It was like a squeaking noise I would say. You could try lubricating the other parts I point out that you can get to without too much disassembly. I've also heard that the bolt in the incline motor could get dry and make noise. Good luck 🤞

Thank you for answering me! Yes, I saw that video. And there I believe you have it parallel, so the two arrows are pointing straight at the magnet. And you state that the placement and distance are important, but not vital. But seeing as a parallel placement creates this problem, and an offset placement fixes it, wouldn't the placement be vital? Not trying to argue, just honestly interested in if this actually has any bearing on the function of the machine, as it seems it does. I got this problem after adjusting the sensor to parallel after doing some lubrication because I thought it looked wrong that it was offset and the screw was a bit loose. I thought it had come off-center somehow. After that the problems started with the speed, especially at slower speeds, being all off. But it seems that the sensor should be at an angle? I'm sorry if I am referencing an old video of yours that might not be up to date, but I do think we are talking about the same video?
@@originaltasan The speed sensor is a simple reed switch does not completely matter what angle it sits sometimes even loosening the mounting screw helps. Double tapping of the light means the speed signal is holding on two long. So turning makes the signal drop quicker. You can do the same thing by moving the mounting hole back and remounting switch. This is also a sign of the switch going bad .and I didn’t pay attention to the video you responded on 😁 sorry
