Sir. Nakaplastisol ako pero matatanggal parin ung ink sa pinakataas ng print. Temperature na gamit ko 160 temp then 10seconds. Thank you sa sagot sir
Curing plastisol with heat press is not recommended.

Try 20 seconds... Halftone design with sun exposure? Too many vaiables to get consistant result...

Ano po pwede pantanggal ng table adhesive na dumikit at sumama sa damit?
After putting adhesive on platen, use rag to wipe off whole platen. This makes even adhesive layer and removes excessive adhesive. Now, before putting shirt, use heat gun to semi-dry the adhesive on the platen. Wet adhesive will go to shirt but half dry adhesive will be still sticky to hold the shirt but not transferred to the shirt.
@@LineTableScreenPrinting how can i remove the adhesive that is already stuck on the shirt i printed? Is there any way to remove it? The underside of the shirt is tacky and sticky. Is there a way to dissolve the adhesive and not affect the print?
@@dethgripco It's waterbased. So, you can soak/wash with water.

From many years I worked with rotary press but i switched to line table, there is no comparison between line table and rotary line table is alaways best...❤
Wondering about your mask and your adhesive; I'm going to assume you wore the mask one of two reasons (or maybe both?); to filter out dust from sawing or to filter out noxious fumes from the adhesive. Which is it, and if it is tne adhesive, what brand/variety are you using. Thanks in advance. Great video.

Hello sir how did you print bright colors without underbass ?
Those really opaque inks may not require underbase. But they are hard to print manually because they are extremely thick. Yes, they are opaque but not really BRIGHT opaque. For dark color shirts, you most likely need white ink for top colors. So, you can use it as underbase at the same time. Discharge inks don't require underbase. But shirts must be 100% cotton. And discharged shirt color is not really white. It's like beige. So, you still need white discharge. You need conveyor dryer for discharge printing.

I don't know for sure. How about just brush some emulsion at the back? Or, frosted glass spray? Epoxy with some color pigment?...
Thanks! I just finished it. I used panaflex to diffuse the light. It worked but not that much. Maybe becase I only used 9 watt bulb. Gonna try some 50 watt led floodlight.
