@QuanBerry0 Mavado makes tether way less guaranteed if the opponent the counterplay. Sweep combos are possible with 7 diff kameos. Scorpion makes Havik the best counterzoner in the game cause every roll is 430 dmg. Scorpion also give you the best dmg out of any kameo for simple conversions and a 200 dmg guaranteed throw and B22 grab. Do I need to keep going?

Guaranteed 210 dmg grab same as B22 grab, better dmg, better conversions of anything especially roll and Scorp helps Havik in mus where Mavado doesn't. Also Mavado slide guarantees counterplay to tether if the opponent knows the mu

@@anasbananas6579have you seen sonicfox when he played havik/mavado I think mavado is better than scorpion bro you can get combos from b4 and from the trap of mavado and the whole combos and high damage you can get from mavado not scorpion

@jamalhamasne5540 You can get sweep combos from around 6 kameos including Scorp not just Mavado. Scorp also gives him his highest dmg out of any kameo

It is only worth it to close to rounds so you can build Kameo meter during the mid round taunt or if it kills, of course. Scorpion utility is too important for Havik, especially in a MU like Kitana where you can break her armor or guarantee tether with fire breath.

@@anasbananas6579that makes sense! Only reason I asked was there were many times I saw you use fire breath while he blocked. While you maintained pressure I figured the DOT would work well while opponent was close and on defense. There was one round you activated the DOT during a throw and it did 20% damage plus additional damage on oki. I was like “woah that is strong!”

@SeanBjerke The reason I was using breath when he was blocking was to break her armor just in case. Her armor is airborne so the hit plus scorpion means you can use your strings freely. You can do the same vs alot of characters like Omni-Man, or Liu for example
