Thanks for the question and in my own experience when I play this game mode it gave me a decent amount of xp but I think how it works is how many rounds someone sets it as and if you are on the winning team.

I think so I used to do voice over vids but a while back my recording software just stopped letting me record voice overs. And about showing your face on videos again I have no idea so the best thing I can say is just to keep on uploading
