I think it’s awesome that you are educating yourself with God’s word and improving your health, both physical and mental. I’m almost 54 years old and have been through the depression/weight thing more times than I’d like to admit. God is the answer! You’re definitely on the right track! Age also seems to help. I’ve kind of let go of a lot of the emotional stuff that contributes to overeating and weight gain. Stick with Jesus! He’ll never let you down. You’re doing an absolutely amazing job!
