It's from the Graveyard mod and it's used for some kind of boss fight after crafting all 3 parts together and performing a dark ritual or something. Another piece is usually atop a tower after doing some climbing/parkour. I forget if you've seen one already but I swear you did at one point. (Then again I watch _way_ too many horror modpack players.) lol
