Welcome to the hipster club! I can hit the nuts off a fly at 75 yards with my well worn SP01 (slight exaggeration).
measured with a sundial
Batteries not required 🤙🏼
Glad you finally discovered what us CZ hipsters have known for years! 😁
They really are solid blasters. Glad I saw the light 🤙🏼
I own a bunch of 2011s (staccato, nighthawk, Wilson and Atlas) and I still say that CZ is the best gun for money. My SP 01 is a beast.
He needs some pasties or what ever those nipple thingys are called
Great setup 🤘
I never shot a Staccado, but I have shot a Cz,and I can’t say I blame you.I can’t see spending that amount of money on a gun now a days, when you can get a few really nice guns for that price.I only have shot the Cz P-07,but that gun really surprised me how awesome it shot for the price.I love there omega trigger. Also I never shot a gun till recently that had a Apex trigger on it,and that blew me away also.I ended up putting one on my M&P 2.0,and man what a game changer.
Congrats on getting rid of the gun with "daddy issues".
First time I shot my P-10 C I was so impressed I decided to sell the Glock 19 quickly. I just kept thinking, man I love this thing. The out of the box value is imo best value out there: ergonomics, pronounced beaver tail, quick target acquisition, the trigger, and grip texture, which led me to get the S and F. Check out variant innovation for CZ P-10 S and C adapter sleeves if you decide to get those too or already have. Cost effective and high quality. What do you like better about the Apex trigger vs the stock trigger?
The wall/break on the stock trigger was a bit too crispy for my tastes. The Apex has a smooth pull and breaks cleanly without a super noticeable wall, which I like. I don' pay much attention to the trigger reset between shots, so it seems to be a smoother shooting experience, for me.
@@dguti thanks heard a lot of good about the apex..usually run stock..not competing either
Lefty…yuck
Cz has been the leader in pistols for 50 years. Cz 75 platform is the gun god made. Cz75 pcr cz 75sp01 cz 75b cz shadow2 . Best 🔫 in the game
Nice vid, just subbed. How many rounds so far with your P10Fs? Any malfunctions? Any issues with your striker breaking prematurely? Heard there is a tiny internal spring that makes the gun drop safe and it may not always be assembled properly from the factory?? And that apparently even cleaning the gun could mess up this spring too?
Thanks for the sub! I have about 1500 rounds through the P10F. The only malfunctions seem to be shooter induced (thumbs/support hand riding the slide and producing a failure to feed). Otherwise, no issues. Striker is good, so far, and I rarely clean my guns beyond the occasional wipe down and lube, so I'm hoping everything keeps running smoothly. I have a second P10F on the way ... we'll see if there are any issues once I get it setup.
You just broke a lot of hearts 😂
whoopsies lol
I had to do a double take at the title! 😂😂😂
Man nice setup on the P-10 F. I like the crisp break so went with a hb industries kit but it's all preference! Definitely suggest looking into a TS-2 Orange if you get the chance, saw someone else mention the shadow 2. But for a do it all kind of gun you really can't go wrong with the P 10 F. I'll probably end up owning the whole series unless the release something new. Price is just too good on them.
Cz gang holla.
Same basepads with Grams spring and follower - 24 + 1
Its ugly as a mofo
Thanks for sharing. The P-10 series is often overlooked; they’re fantastic and an amazing value. The P-20F is what turned me onto that series. CZ’s support is also great
Interesting choice
Hey look into the DPM spring system for the P10F!
I have the p-10F, brass back strap, and I have the dpm spring system and it not a massive difference but it’s noticeable better feeling in the hand The muzzle flip is slightly less but the recoil impulse is like non existent I highly recommend them
Also Taylor Freelance brass backstrap.
Why not a shadow 2?
@@tonydport5139 S2’s are awesome. I wanted something that would work well for competition and carry while hunting. Didn’t think I’d rock the S2 for both, so the P10 was my solution. That said, I may snag an S2 or Tac Sport down the road.
I agree in the sense that the C2 wasnt a good enough race gun for being over 3k. You can easily make or buy an actual race gun for that price. But to be fair as well the C2 was never meant or advertised as a race gun.
@@Goomy736 The Staccato P probably would have been a better choice, but I still think I would have swapped it for something else 🤷♂️ … solid guns all around, just personal preference.
@@dguti absolutely. Race guns are even more preference based over when someone is looking for just an all round gun.
Awesome CZ. Not to detract, but what’s the watch you’re wearing?
Longines Spirit Zulu Time (39mm version). Love this watch.
@@dguti Awesome! I’m wearing a Sinn EZM 3f right now.
@@DookeyRidrSinn makes some great watches 🤙🏼
David! Was wondering how you were doing the other day. Great video and glad to see you’re doing well 👍
Hey friend! All is well, just trying to remember how to shoot 😂 … Hope you and yours are doing well 🤗
Does the overlap scratch up the truck paint? So far everyone I've seen makes contact with the track bed especially off roading and shreds the paint
Overlap of the truck topper? Nothing I noticed. But my truck is plenty scratched up from bushes, trees, and rocks, so not a huge concern. I've since changed the setup to a bed rack and roof top tent.
@@dguti that's good to ehar, thanks! i'll get the same one
I like the channel. I just subscribed.
Thank you!
Thank you for your service, sir! 😎👍
Good video
Hi! How much did you spend on your topper & what accessories you added on?
I think around $3200-ish, new. I got the windoors with sliding vents/screens and the single t-bar handle with a rear window. Make sure to get an online quote from the ARE (or other brand) website and take that to the dealer so you don’t get overcharged.
Is this mid rise shell tall enough for you to sit up on that platform?
No, I can’t fully sit up in the back. I do most of my work from the desk setup in the front passenger’s seat.
Sweet setup bro, how tall are you?
Thanks! I’m 5’9”
could you tell me what the maximum vertical clearance inside? like from bottom of bed to just under the roof? I also have a gen 3 tacoma, but ARE website is not super clear
It’s 43” from the bottom of the bed to the underside of the roof. It’s 37” from the bottom of the bed to where the rear window opens on the ARE topper.
"The rear seat delete was a little more then I wanted to pay, it was $2500. It was $2500 more then I wanted to pay!". I laughed so hard I shot snot everywhere 🤣🤣🤣! BTW I like the setup.
What size gunner kennel?
Intermediate.
As a Canadian Tacoma and gun owner and hunter I will never understand the American handgun obsession. CAMP IF GRIZZLY COUNTRY ALL THE TIME. otherwise thanks for the video, cheers
I don’t understand your comment, but thanks?
Are you running airbags or any aftermarket suspension?
I added an OME heavy duty lift kit shortly after this video www.4wheelparts.com/p/arb-old-man-emu-2-inch-lift-kit-heavy-load-omekit-005/_/R-BHWQ-OMEKIT-005
@@dguti thanks for the reply, had the same suspension on my old Tacoma with a go fast camper. Are you able to hang out comfortably on the sleeping platform in the mx shell? Ex sit up inside or is it basically just used for sleeping.
@@Skifishbum91 I can’t fully sit-up under the camper shell, so I’ve since setup a separate work station in the front passenger’s seat. But the bed is still comfortable enough to hang out in when I’m not sleeping.
nice video
Great video, I have the same lift kit, and I love it! I also added the decked system and the same ARE top and have racks on order. Its exciting to see you with a very similar build and looks like it's working for ya. Good stuff!!
Just got a Tacoma. I really like the ideas you gave in your first video. Seeing this update video helps me understand that it is a process. I just purchased a 2004 Tacoma 6ft bed with a Leer cover. It only has 100K on it so I think I have time to make it my own. Again, I appreciate you sharing your ideas. Good job. You seem like a great dog owner too. Keep having fun!
Thanks, Adrienne, and have fun getting your truck all setup. Endless options to make it your own.

NICE SET UP , I LOVE YOU RE COUNTRY.... I M FROM CANADA QC, AND SOME EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE, I CAN T HAVE HERE..... WHIT OUT PROBLEM ... 👍👍👍
Nice, just as good as the luxury RV on the road. I’ve been working on my Tacoma as well, keep camping😎
Very nice. I’ll probably have to “borrow” a few ideas for my 3rd gen Taco. Mine’s a short bed though, so I won’t be sleeping in the back.
How high up is the platform from the bed of you don't mind me asking? Trying to figure out some dimensions for a build.
The platform was about 10” up from the bed, but I probably had around 8” of space beneath it because of the 2x8s I used to support the platform.
@@dguti does this leave you enough space to sit up?
Murphy living the good life! Oh, and just a pistol to keep the bad guys away! Lol
You have a Vizsla! Loved my guy, sadly long departed.
Heated blanket is the way to go! Makes for a very enjoyable camp in cold weather… How do you like the goal zero panels? I have been thinking about doing this….how did you mount those holders over your head it’s just Velcro??
Heated blanket was a game changer-just picked one up last week. The GZ panels work well. You can probably piece together a solar system for less, but I didn’t want to hassle with collecting parts. The holders are Velcro and seem to be holding up well.
Which heated blankets are you guys running?
@@dirtnsmores we run an Amazon special can’t remember what brand but have been through a couple..
