depends on your size, Small to Medium use 10x12, if you are large or XLarge, use the 11x14 those two sizes depend on your size. You can also put in soft armor if you want more protection. and in the cumberbunds, mine i can use either 6x7 or 6x12 soft armor inserts. Its a very versitile plate carrier can become full body armor if you ad the soft armor incerts. But it all depends on how much protection you need, most of the time just the plates will do, even the light weigh plates I have an older style so im not sure if the new ones have as much spare room as mine But probably does. I have two expensive US made Plate Carriers way over priced for thier protection, they are nice but lack the soft armor protection small carriers with only 10x12 plates and 5x5 cumberbund plates but i dont think they are as good and versitile as this Condor Plate Carrier. Its very comfortable.

You can add variable sizes of plates, up to 11x14 which is the expanded size of plates. 10x12 is the standard universal shooter's size but many people do prefer the extended sizes 😊

The truck was so fun to drive. You had to sign up for it to be a driver but they let everyone ride along as passengers and then take pics with it too. We took multiple laps on a fun figure 8 track that had lots of ups and downs so you could really get it 😊
