I wanted to start writing music a while ago but I never knew what to write, so maybe you could help me a bit??
Honestly I just do it how I feel. First I sing just random melodies and I always record. If I like one melody I start writing lyrics to it. But I don't overthink and just trust my gut. I know that it's different for everyone, just experiment, try different ways and you'll find your way ☺️ music is a form of art, there are no strict rules imho. Goodluck on writing music 🤍
Key to improv success! Take apart every song you can! Chord structure, melodies, you name it! Nice job.
