This thing is a nightmare. My results with a new blade using 33 force and blade depth of 8 on laminated sticker sheet resulted in half the stickers not cutting through, and the ones that did cut completely, turned out misaligned. I went back to the standard cutting mat, and everything worked perfectly. Not to mention this thing takes up more room than a couch. Sent it back. Glad it's working out for you though.

People advocate Cara as a platform where lots of people "immigrat" to, but I hardly see anyone there. I see for weeks the same few artists. I wonder, does Cara pay you- youtubers- to promote them?

Hi, first of all nice vid! 😊 I wanted to ask, you aren't active on Artstation, right? Because a lot of features on Cara are actually very similar or directly inspired by Artstation. Just as a little fun fact. ^^ For example the "Jobs" and "Explore" page are exactly like on Artstation, also that you can add availability on your about page, and the Portfolio options as well. ;) I've already been on Artstation (besides IG, now also Cara), so Cara felt pretty much like home for me right away. 😃 It's like a mix of Artstation and half-IG half-Twitter functionalities. Also since you mentioned DeviantArt: I definitely cannot recommend it anymore, not for artists (which is ironic)! DA has gone really downhill and also very pro ai. Artstation = better than DeviantArt regarding ai, but yeah.. Cara atm = best option for artists who want the social aspect 😉👍

Wait, people really said that Cara has AI on it bc of Glaze?? 🤔😂 Just bc they don't know what it is? That's ridiculous. In fact I think every artist who's posting online should know what Glaze and Nightshade are by now. For their own art and for feeling safer against ai. 7:04 Oh yeah... DeviantArt has also gone DOWNHILL (and pro ai), I definitely can't recommend it anymore - especially not when you're an artist (ironic i know).

I just hopped on last week with the big migration. I ADORE THIS APP/SITE! I was afraid that magic would fade away but it's just CONSISTENT! I hard embraced Cara, ended up clearing 99% of my Instagram, and have no regrets whatsoever. I get more engagement and real interraction than I ever did on Insta and I had been somewhat regular for almost 4 years. Thanks for doing this coverage! If you're reading this and on the fence about joining, hop on now! The water's great. :)

I'm not an artist myself, even though I do play around with the idea of becoming one. I really hope Cara stands out as the space for showcasing art work in a more creditable form. Great vídeo!
