The Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth (SPIC MACAY) is a voluntary youth movement which promotes intangible aspects of Indian cultural heritage by promoting Indian classical music, classical dance, folk music, yoga, meditation, crafts and other aspects of Indian culture; it is a movement with chapters in over 300 towns all over the world. SPIC MACAY was established by Dr. Kiran Seth in 1977 at IIT Delhi.

Venue: Dr Bhupen Hazarika Auditorium and Cricket Ground, IIT Guwahati Campus.

Jan 12: Witness the grace of Bharatanatyam by Shivaranjani Harish Ji and the soothing melodies of Santoor by Abhay Rustum Sopori Ji.
Jan 13: Experience the vibrant storytelling of Kuchipudi by Sreelakshmy Govardhan Ji and the intricate ragas of Carnatic music by Sikkil C. Gurucharan Ji.
Jan 14: Revel in the soulful Rajasthani Folk music by Kutla Khan Ji & Group.
Jan 15: Be captivated by the elegance of Manipuri Dance and the martial art of Thang Ta by Dr. Sinam Basu Ji and Konjengbam Monika Ji.
