It’s I never seen how it was before but I heard from captains how it was literally no boats on the river compared to now. Now everyone and their mother is on the river in the summer time, especially firework days

@@ChicaGOAT369 yeah, if you never seen it before it’s hard to imagine looking at it now. The river has really transformed throughout Chicago’s history, and it’s all the buildings being built along it including the river walk that’s bringing life to it now. Now it’s a tourist attraction. I wouldn’t be surprised if the tour boats start going further north if Ballys casino tower, halsted pointe, and Lincoln yards are built. But it was still some boats on the river then like Water Taxis which I don’t see really running anymore.

Possibly if they build more north. The river does get more tight going past goose island

@@iwouldliketoorderanumber1b79 that will definitely be something. That would be interesting to see what they do and how it looks. I know casinos don’t have windows but you kinda have to give out that river view 😂

It’s definitely worth it. They say in around five years it’s worth to come back because the city is constantly changing
