Empires of the Undergrowth 4.2 A Bridge to Far
A Bridge too Far is the hardest mission in Empires of the Undergrowth, but you can pick it apart piece by piece (unlike with 3.1 The Harvest) and find the cracks to pick a victory out from. Details are in the Video, Peace.

Cold Blood is probably my favorite mission of Empires of the Undergrowth. The Fire Ants are a powerful bunch and the map is full of powerful enemies, ranging from the other ants to the mighty American Bullfrog. It's just a shame that we never fight anything as big again. Frontline is the 'ultimate test' for the Leafcutter ants, but in my opinion, is much easier than The harvest. The Early game of the Leafcutters is extremely slow, but in exchange they can bulldoze the map in the lategame. Details are in the video, peace. A Summary: Rising tide is a difficult level that requires some micro during the day time. I get workers early on to help me gather more food faster, as the number of ants grows so too does the number of pockets I open (there are a couple times I probably could have opened 3 at a time and just didn't) Details are in the video The Amateur: KingdomCody.

A Summary: There's not much to say about new Home. it can be won with 19 level 3 Black Ants with 200-500 food and Zero micro. Prioritize clearing free food first, then the chambers with the fewest/weakest enemies. (kill all chambers without Adult beetles in them first) and you'll be golden. Details are in the video. A Summary: 5.3 is the only mission (currently as of the posting of this video) where you play as the Termites, but is the 3rd mission which they appear in. Summary: Medics aren't as important as soldiers, but we'll still need quite a bit of medics. With how much food we need we'll need to Execute 2 of the 3 mounds for a massive food infusion. It’s really cool to see someone actually use the melees instead of just workers to tank
thank you, I've tried doing early clears with just workers to save on food, but the amount you actually save with the melee wood ants is extremely cost effective in that regard, I'm more of a mind that the workers are better as cheap DPS than they are for tanking
Reason why many people do a large amount of workers is mainly for an increased gathering amount. Not only that but due to them being cheap you can focus more on rapid fire ants.
@@CapSmithI that is very true, even I have to make a couple of them for that reason.
The stink ants are even worse than that, if I remember correctly they just constantly spawn more as long as they're in combat, even before you manage to kill any.
You are right then, that IS even worse. I don't fight the Stink-Ants in prolonged fights so I never noticed that
I was depressed for a long time, and I looked so useless and bad. This music helps me relieve fatigue and stress
A followup to what I said near the end of the video. so spoilers? I lost 100 food with level 3 soldiers and my line never moved.

I'm working on beating 5.2, and making 5.3 consistant, I accidentally beat 5.3 once and don't really know how I did it, I'm close to being able to beat 5.3 with the challenge on. After the 5's I'll go back and climb up the list. I'm glad my video helped! can't wait to see your video on you finally beating Triage
Now that a day has passed since I recorded this, I have tried Triage again with a couple Changes: I didn't go outside night 2 and instead cleared the termites in the underground, I managed to pincer the hard termite chamber, and I even attempted fighting the Centipede and the Emperor Scorpion outside of the nest. The Centipede rushes the nest entrance once it loses about a 4th of it's health, and the Emperor scorpion will nudge itself every so often towards the nest. be engaging halfway to it's spawn I was able to kill it in the entry of the nest. I didn't clear out the underground and got lucky with the Centipede, just didn't have time to clear it. just don't fight the centipede outside, clear the earwigs from the underground and ambush it when it enters the nest, the space it clears out will help anyways. My final ant count was: 60 soldiers. 50 Medics. Almost 100 workers. 3k food stored. (before the emperor scorpion attack, afterwards I had about 700 left I believe)
It's been over a year, I miss Raisin's diaries
If TFS does another Nuzlocke, I'll be doing more, they were fun to write
