Some of these homes need a once over before a showing. I've noticed a wrinkled blanket,a crooked towel, dirty windows etc. I have an eye for detail and these things would simply not be acceptable for a showing of any home on the market. the arrangement is a little strange ngl, not feeling it, particularly the transition at the beginning from the intro. just seems a little over arranged

Wow delta is usually a great singer but in (relatively) bad voice here. Tight and strained chest voice. Her usual awesome pitch is a bit shaky. Also why pretend to be a conductor at the beginning - it just would have shat off all the musicians (and the real conductor).
