Levi vs Executor, don’t bring out scimitar first, best is SA then Mark VI then scimitar if needed. SA will give you TM and foresight, Mark VI will instakill. Scimitar is good in mirror against Levi or against profundity to get more speed as you can’t gain TM against those fleets. Against Executor you can gain TM

I do agree with a lot of what you are saying, but some of this advice is mostly applicable to later game players and may "harm" or slow down mid game accounts. For example you recommended taking your dengar to r7, thats not a bad idea, but if you are a mid game player say around 4 mil gp and you just unlocked the fleet its def not something you should be putting your resources towards. Important to keep in mind that in most cases requirements comes first and all of the useful but "luxury" upgrades arent a priority early on.

Some omicrons are really great early game omicrons depending on your farming path. JMK is great but as you said your ability to get into a higher end guild will largly depend on what you can do for the guild being mandelore ready is likely one of the cheaper ways to do so. Jmk while great likely doesnt do much on a smaller account from that perspective as your unlikely to have a full r8 jmk team and even if you did being mandelore ready has more value.

I'm sorry but I just can't see jawa omi being anything but avoid. Sure, for the most part it's a neat team with td and stuff but the jawas live and die with their td. Unless their relic level matches and have their mod up the wazoo, that's just baby kylo solo food. Think about it, he's often homeless since neither fo nor ufu optimal team wants him beside maybe phasma, he is r7 by standard due to being a req to slkr one of the most common gl in the game, he ramps up speed and offence from each instance of damage he received aka each td explosions and with his constantly refreshing aoe counter which also provides counter and that counter is source of healing immunity, he pretty much singlehandedly counters the jawa omi. Unless baby kylo have a new calling to power with bdsm rey, I'm not seeing jawas being any useful as long as he's around freely roaming for targets..
