@@Mwalasha. When i got there the guys at the reception were not very helpful as the units were not ready for occupation so i got that info from one of the workers on site. i guess its because the older units are priced that way.
@@ronnemstudio Yeah, the older units, the very first block (A) from the gate, go for 16k... Then as you move down, the price goes up, from 16 to 17, 18 then 20... I wish you got someone to guide you correctly, but it's okay. You can edit the video or perhaps add a pop up note/ a disclaimer so that your viewers don't end up mislead...👍🏾
