I would like to see your business plan. I plan on opening with in the next several months and could use some help writing my business plan. I enjoyed your video. Thanks
Bryan, Great informational breakdown on the attributes of the multiple software applications and their differences and capabilities. I like it. It gave me a good bit of decisional direction towards possibly choosing a later-to-be-chosen pathway or the opportunities to save dozens of hours of research literally, and very much also the hundreds of dollars of outlying costs to test-out separate issues of comparisons with these 3 very different available applications. These outlined informational videos are exactly what many industries are constantly lacking; because many individuals do not want to share their experiences good-or-bad, or even neutral. As you stated; what works for one person/business, may not work best for another. Those actions will (and can) drive the ingenuity factors and the needed changes across what is available currently and what could be adapted and changed inside any particular software application or industry to be (or to become) the top provider for a certain industry's needs. As has already been pointed out and exposed amongst many of you guys in your live streams and other videos and commentaries in the current rise of engagement in this industry, this industry is stricken with protectionism actions and antiquated territorial protection systems of control that are not open to fair-trade and a free-trade choice economy (and is stricken with the losses of many jobs across many industries) and is not beneficial to the end-consumer(s) for the free choices to be available to who would choose to work in the industry, offer better choices of freedoms to choose who you do business with and spend your monies with according to the best choice(s). The willingness to endure the embedded cost associated with opening a truly compliant business (instead of just flying under the radar as some folks do) to support the civilized world for the better choice(s), and the better quality of services. Thanks for spending your time on these actions and this informational video and sharing, and as always, like has been said previously about people's choices: "Your mileage may vary," but at least, there is a choice that can be made on these software applications. 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠
Awesome video! Very happy I found your channel
Thank you! Welcome!
Thanks for keeping it real. You always pass along some great information. I'm about to get my business going.
Thanks for making this video. It was very informative.
You are welcome!
Shouldn’t you just give those commercial customers a price for 2 20 yards at the same as the competitors 40 yard and then they feel like they got the 40 yard they want.
Yes sir! I will definitely look into that! Thank you for your advise!
Great video Bryan! I have only gone once to the monthly luncheon last month and i really enjoyed it!
Wow, close call on that one. Very lucky with that kind of outcome (that event could have gone much more terribly wrong). Glad you are doing well. I don't even think that the Cowboy Hardhat would have saved you on that one. It might have slowed it down a touch; but the momentum probably would have still got ya' at that angle. Be safe and keep rolling.
It definitely did.! Thank you for the comment!
What size truck are you pulling with?
Chevy 2500. Would not go with anything else right now other than a 3500
Glad you’re ok and didn’t damage your pretty face
Well, thank you, Dylan! I know that was sarcasm but I will take what I can get!
I know that was sarcasm but i WILL TAKE WHAT i CAN GET!
@@northtexaswasteremoval I said it with love brother! Glad you are ok, seriously.
Where is that number big guy?
Great vid! Thanks for the info! North San Antonio fixing to purchase a new trailer and bins and have at it. Not sure which setup I’m getting but hoping for the best. God bless sir!
Up here in Canada if the paint flaked that bad the salt would eat the trailer in a year or two. You’ve got the best video I’ve seen on these dump trailers. Thanks.
Damn Brother you got to wear that Hardhat. I’ve worked for WM in the area you run for years and could tell you hundreds of stories of people getting hurt in landfills all over. For you roll off guys, you got to watch out for those damn tarp systems, bungee cords, cables, and rear door on the dumpsters. Also need to watch out for other drivers while up in the work-face. That area up there gets crazy busy. Gotta watch out for you because nobody else will.
No Joke! The drivers can be just as dangerous at dumping!
You look so handsome 😊 Awesome, well done!
Thank you!
@ Your welcome
How do i get ahold of you ? So i can pick your brain😂

I appreciate the honest and straightforward video. This needs to be ranked higher and a must-watch for anyone looking to jump into this business. Helps add perspective to some of the other great content by other UA-camrs that started a few years ago and are now more established. I started this year, part-time, and I agree with all of your assessments. I didn't have a truck, so I got a Hooklift and 5 bins, and it's been crazy. I love the business and am progressing to full-time.
Thank you! I appreciate the feedback
Here is the 2024 business plan. I will post 2025 as soon as I finish! docs.google.com/document/d/1_8G1p3BuZovX_XljHLHea3tcid1dLHfi/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=106926775022343496443&rtpof=true&sd=true
Great content my man. Would love to see your business plan. I’m looking to create one for 2025 myself. Thanks!
Thank you! I will post the 2023 plan here today. I am almost finished with my 2025
With 11 thousand, i can buy and rebuild 5 used dumpsters. You need to stop buying new dumpsters. And put more work into it. But my advice to you, been in the industry since 2014. Good luck fellow ETX dumpster.
As always thank you for the advise and comment!
I set my goals at a monthly basis. I try to pick up 2-3 used dumpsters and try to rebuild them. 20 dumpsters a year each year. Is how i run. I don’t convince customers on smaller dumpsters. If they want a 30 i take a 30. If they want a 20, i do that. I recommend, get your CDL, And build up your inventory. The money is in having a-lot of dumpsters.
Thank you for this video. You shouldn't have had that many problems with a 1 year old trailer. It definitely sounds like texas pride trailers need better quality control and definitely need better suppliers for their addons.
Thank you and I agree completely!
Yes, when you told customers I don't have 20's right now but I'm going to get you a 25 for the price of 20, they always thankful for it
@@RobertQuintan absolutely! Thank you for your comment
Enjoyed the video. Good insight, but you mentioned SCO, and you didn't know what it was at one time, yet you never explained what it was. So what is sco? Thanks
@@JantzenMartin-u4n you’re right! SEO stands for search engine optimization. It’s how potential customers find you on Google. I do not know enough about it myself so I have to hire a company to do that for me.
How many trailers you currently own?
@@asriel1551 I currently have one trailer and seven dumpsters
You can market your 27 as a 30 some of them commercial clients don't even know the difference
Probably so!
I just had a similar conversation, and you’re 100% correct. I was gonna buy a new truck to haul 30s as well. But, after thinking over it, at the end of the day your money is better spent on inventory and run your current setup. I know exactly where you’re coming from with the “we gotta have a 30” clients. We try and sell em on 25s
Absolutely. Not everyone plan should be the same for everyone. See what works for you then make it happen!
I like it! Like your approach
Thank you!
I run my eBay business on the profit first model and it makes the money side of the Business easy. I love it and recommend it especially if your starting a new business from scratch.

Thank you Noah!
Great video as always Thanks
I appreciate that! Thank you
@@northtexaswasteremovalI'd like to heard about the new software, I've been thinking on moving from DRS
@@RobertQuintan Absolutely! Once I get it up and running I will make a video about all three.
Just found this channel. What roll off trailer do you have? what do you think of hook lift trailers?
Hook lifts are great. I do not use them for a few reasons but the main reason is selling my business eventually. Most companies I think would buy my business in the future use cable instead of hook lifts. I have a video going over my trailer
So as long the truck and trailer gvw is under 26k it’s non CDL? I thought it was truck trailer plus load had to be under 26k? I’m in Texas also
No. There is a difference between CDL and being over weight. I am under CDL due to having a GVRW between my trailer and truck at 25,500. Having said that, my trailer has a GVWR of 14,000. If I haul too much weight I can be over weight due to my GVWR of the trailer but I am still under CDL.
Appreciate the feedback! Keep up the good work!
Great video brother

Hearing everyone else having successes reminds me that it’s possible. Celebrating each others victories and growth has really been huge for me.

Great video I want to get the same trailer finally found a video in detail about it
Thank you. I would also look at Keystone Waste Solutions! If I were to buy another trailer it would be from them.
Where did you buy that black pipe at Lowe’s ?
I actually got it at Home Depot. It has been working great!
How do you mange to keep the battery to last you all day I imagine delivering the bins and taking them to the landfill will drain the batteries really fast or do they last you all day ?
Most the Tralers come with a 110 plug where you can plug them in to charge the batteries when you’re not using them. They also trickle charge through the plug that attaches to your truck. I added charging cables that run directly from my battery on my truck through a 50 amp fuse and plug into my trailer which fast charges them and keeps them charged all day
