Does the glow plug turn red when ya put igniter on it( try in your hand) where is the screw in the end of carb slide( where linkage is)turn it closed and back out about 1 to 1.5 turns and try again. Main needle, tighten all the way and backout about 3 turns. This is just rough settings but a start, and check your fuel line and exhaust line for holes. Fastest way to check if fuel is getting to carb is put finger on exhaust outlet and pull and make sure you have fuel, pull off hose and try,

Glow.plug is bad replace it before you tune it to rich you might of fouled out plug

Just because cause your glow plug glows doesn’t mean it’s good there’s a special metal coating of tungsten on the filament. Once that burns off the car nitro fuel can’t interact with the metal because it’s gone. You need a new glow plug simply😎
