My Philodendron Brasil does that from being overly exposed to direct sun. It's almost like sunburn.

I have mine in soil I got from on top of the cliffs where a lot of spruce trees grow, my plants seem to thrive in this soil and I mix a little perlite or orchid bark in the soil.

I love my syngonium batik! The leaves are stunning! My goal is to get bigger leaves. I’ve heard that Betta water conditioner helps to soften the water and keep the brown spots away.

So.. how do you treat this? Cut off the leaves? Fungus spray? I have the same exact thing, took it back to the store I got it from and they said it is common with these plants and other philos and it’s actually harmless extra floral nectaries.
