Truly enjoy watching you teach and show your passion! I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis which affects my joints and my mobility but I still have to force myself to stay as active as I can and work through the pain to prevent further damage to my joints. I’ve actually been following along with your choreography and having to tweak it to where it’s more low impact and it does seem to help. There are those days, of course, where I literally can’t get out of bed due to the severe pain but I’ve found that doing your dance moves, but not as full out as you are, is really helping me to keep moving and for that I’m sincerely grateful! Thank you for sharing your passion and breaking down your choreography for those of us, (me), with no rhythm! Please if you could, would you put together a dance routine that has low impact dance moves?
