Its a lovely place and the village pub is fantastic! I call in after a spot of dogging and piking at holme moss carpark.

I saw that wreck back in 1970. Went to the top of Snake Pass on the noddy bike and walked to the site's co-ordinates. There was supposed to be a C-47 nearby as well but all I could find was what might have been a wing spar sticking out of the hillside.

It's all authentic. I used to fly sorties in a Superfortress with Goldie, Primal Scream and Future Sound of London -- we used to play really hard drum n' bass because it enraged and disorientated the Nazis. Then in 1956, the Russians trumped us by inventing dubstep.

I was going to complain about everybody else complaining about the music, thinking that if it sucks so bad, just hit the mute button. THEN I HEARD THE MUSIC. Oh My Gosh. Has there EVER been such a horrible, grating, irritating, stomach heaving, milk souring, chalkboard scraping, nightmare inducing, tooth gnashing, hair pulling song EVER placed on you-tube? WOW does the "music" selected for this otherwise GREAT video SUCK!!

PAH! call that snow on Holme Moss - there's cars coming both ways.... I came up from the Derbyshire side one march to find that the ruts I'd been following had disappeared and i had to descend with engine off and using the gearbox as a breask - i was on a bike, of course! The audi in the ditch looked pissed off too!

Stunning scenery, I've spent many a happy hour yomping over those peat groughs in my day. I believe a couple of sabres went in not far from where the mast stands, I found recognisable tail parts and a compressor turbine in the rivulets going towards black hill.

I drove a land rover disco over the "isle of skye" road nearby in heavily falling snow with my mum shitting herself in the passenger seat. We got overtaken by a small car, which was embarrasing, but mum clamed down after that

From that response it's obvious the schools aren't too clever in Glossop either are they ? Especially the English dept !
