Apologies for the delay in response...we aren't getting notification of comments for some reason. We did not take the back seats apart. We would recommend looking into the VW Phaeton forum on VW Vortex and searching there for schematics and such. The Phaeton owners are a great resource for technical information, how-to's etc. Most of that information translates to the Continental LT...perhaps it will work for the GT as well?

Absolutely, and apologies for that. Back then our set up was GoPro only. Because of that and our distance from the mic on the camera, it was tough to balance the talking with the noise of the shop. We felt the music was necessary to fill in the timelapse voids and add a general tone to the show. I promise you we are much better at it now. Thank you very much for the feedback!

At the time of filming, we were more interested in what we hadn't seen done before. A lot of people do things "that haven't been done before" with reckless abandon... because it hasn't been done, not because it's a GOOD idea. Having the entire drivetrain out of a Nissan Maxima lying around complete with subframe made it a fairly easy decision to "sub and tub" the car. The VQ setup fits like it was meant to go there. Blasphemy or not, it seems to have been a good choice so far. We are building Project CRX a new home at the moment.

100 percent my friend. Just because it can be done doesn't mean it should be done. Too many times people get an idea in their heads and never get an objective opinion or take time to step back and look at where they're going. They just get to the end when it's too late to change things

We would be curious to see more photos of the car to judge. It really is a very unconventional look.

It's always hard to judge what someone was going for when they built it. It isn't our cup of tea but as long as they do a double take as they walk away, it's working.

Let's be honest, it's a weird look. Is definitely a car where things look like they go together but they don't...reeeeeally go together. Someone should have used Photoshop first instead of a cutting torch.

We have to admit...we're not sure why someone would take a perfectly good Bentley and then stuff GT-R taillights into it. We had a lot of debate about that one after the roast. Modifying cars is great...and this one wasn't necessarily in bad taste...but it left a lot of questions. Wait until you see the clip with the GT-R in it...that ones a real head scratcher!

Its very true. Unfortunately, wallet size and styling don't correlate. People with excess money tend towards ostentatious and exaggeration because they confuse "more" with "better".

Let me tell you, they're as delicious as they look. Watching Manoj manipulate the recipe based on experience was very interesting. In the end, it was quite a bit departed from the original...but that's just a sign of someone who is in tune with their craft.

To be honest, we never figured out who/what was on the hood. There just aren't clear photos...so we're sticking with Michael Jackson!

It should be quite fast. With no other modifications after installation, it will easily make 300hp/300ft-lbs in a car below 1800lbs (expected weight). Thats a projected 335hp/ton before we do anything. It should really move.

Hey! Thanks for your comment. Super interesting that you assume gender here, as I make no mention of it. I think that's pretty telling in and of itself. However, my clients set the pace of their own sexual relationships, not me. Often times I hear BOTH partners wanting MORE sexual engagement and they are seeking help with the roadblocks that may be preventing that for them as a couple. Thanks for your comment!

I understand why you see the conversation this way. Sexual frequency expectation is definitely a common issue and its not easy when partners have significantly different libidos. As a point of conversation, what would you propose is the solution to encouraging the less-active partner to become more active?

Hey Robert, I'm not sure if you misunderstood, but at no point am I gender specific here, nor do I suggest that compromise isn't possible. Compromise is necessary in all relationships. Sexual desire is something that lives within a context, and can be impacted by many facets, like trauma, previous experience, hormones, age, stress, etc. It's my belief that when working with desire discrepancies, you have to look at all this and more. Absolutely...if this is an issue with no hope of compromise, the relationship will not survive. This goes for anything in a relationship where a middle-ground can't be found. Inevitably, one of the two people's libido's will outrun the other...as a point of conversation, what would you suggest as a solution to the dilemma?

More and more these days I'm hearing from the female that she requires more sex and her partner is too busy playing video games or hanging with his bros. Not sure where young males stopped being interested in sex, I recall being a 16-25 year old male and a slight breeze made life hard

Hey Alex, When you say "sex drive" I assume you mean sexual desire. Sexual desire is influenced by many things, like context, past experience, hormones, age, etc. It's important to note that sexual desire fluctuates. The older we get and the more time we spend in a relationship, it tends to ebb and flow. So while your "sex drive" may not always be on the same page as your partner's, that doesn't mean you can't work together to determine ways to make your sexual relationship enjoyable for the both of you! Hope that helps.

Ultimately, deal breakers are deal breakers. Its good that you keep an open mind to the possibility...and things change over time. There's nothing wrong with being mature and seeking what you need, for both parties sake. Nobody wants a partner that isn't happy and vice-versa...but it has to be done with logic, reason and care.

Nothing wrong with your take on this situation. I do agree that if you have communicated that a low level of sex is not a relationship that you are interested in being in, as long as people are respectful of each other, if a compromise is not reached, it's a very reasonable deal breaker

One last point I wanted to make that is relevant to sexual desire towards your partner...... I have noticed there has been a recent push on line for men to stop watching porn and I think that is a great thing for the sexual health of relationships. It helps men direct their sexual energy to their partners and not to strangers on the internet. I have made the decision to not watch porn anymore and its helped keep my relationship healthy and I'm glad I did that. However I am bothered by the fact there has been no push for woman to put down the vibrators or 50 shades of grey. Not only is there no push for women to stop doing these things it's actually promoted as healthy and beneficial for woman. Are vibrators and romance novels not the same as porn is for a man? Women in relationships are diverting their sexual energy into books and vibrators instead of their partners. Why is there no push to get rid of these things to help women direct that engery into someone they love? I realize it is nuanced and there are grey areas but overall I believe I'm right. Please correct me if im wrong. Just thinking out loud here. Rant over. Lol

Absolutely. Things like Instagram have warped our sense of what is real, capturing 1-in-a-million moments, the 0.1% and 10/10s by the boat load and injecting them into social media as the "norm". Adult entertainment is no different in a lot of ways. The easiest way to change your "now" in your relationship is to talk about it!
