Hi, I am building a Burtz block to replace my B block that broke a crankshaft. I had a Serr-miller OHV head on the engine and am putting the head on the Burtz block. Besides having to "replumb" the Dan Price oil pump to work on the Burtz block, I also had to modifiy the rear pan gasket to fit on the rear main of the new block (which has a rear main cap that has a cork seal groove that matches the A oil pan). Did you modify your B pan to seal up with the Burtz rear main cork seal? I made a sheet metal part that I welded to the B pan rear main "dam" that matches the smaller A size rear main cap groove.

This show is excellent, except there's other killer shows this day to choose from. Check out the season opener at the Deerfield Fairgrounds sometime.

One of the worst places in central mass. They pick and choose who can go. Had 4 SS trucks show up and we were told leave...yet they allow Ford f150s... They have to open the freezers to dethaw their ice chunky cream in the AM before opening. That's what the employees say. Hebrets is much better.

this is a great show, and the Brimfield antique show that goes on in this street 3 times a summer is supposed to be the largest in the nation. Just an hour away from this car show, on the same day, is the Hot Rod Fallout--a perfect show for traditional hot rod lovers. They had a good turnout even with this show having its share of traditional hot rods.

Hey Mark , We met you at the Beef Barn car show you highlighted our 64 hauler and 30 model A. What a shame we planned all year to go to this show however someone commented no rat rods allowed so my husband Mark did the right thing and emailed pictures and asked if we were good but we were told we would be denied entry. So I find this video very interesting as there are a few rattier rods than ours that were allowed entry. Thanks for all the work you do , we love your videos . Donna & Mark
