I use a raid ability timeline weakaura, along with the Vault of the Incarnate's WA pack (wago.io/dfraid1). I usually set my WA to show all loaded auras then manually organize them so they aren't clipping with anything else in my UI, although I didn't have that done in this video as there is some overlap on my Ability Timeline bar.

I'm using the default raid frames for Elv UI with the plugin LuckyOneUI along with healing mouseover macros.

The scrolling timer is a Weakaura called Raid Ability Timeline on Wago.io. I also have the VotI weakaura pack as well as a bunch of little resto druid specific ones that I created. The rest of the UI is just Elv UI modded with the LuckyoneUI plugin.

In the video I had evoker's Source of Magic buff and a priest using Symbol of Hope on CD so I had a little bit more mana coming in. Intermission 1 I move Lifebloom around alot as it's half the cost of a Rejuve, and I try and rely more on my Omen of Clarity procs for free Regrowths, Efflo, and Convoke to conserve mana. Use Potion of Chilled Clarity/Innervate before your ramps, trying to include at least 1 Efllorescence and Wild Growth in your Innervate window. I tried avoiding Moonfire/Sunfire for this fight as they're taxing on mana compared to spamming Wrath. Regrowth is reduced in cost per Rejuv you have out as long as you're talented into Abundance, so even if you don't have out the 17 Rejuves to make Regrowth free, you can still save a lot of mana on Regrowth with having out 12+. Hope some of these helped.

@@TheOneWhoBawks ah yea makes sense. ive been pugging all of my heroic raid groups and so far im 7/8 while being top healer in almost all of the fights. but most groups just invite top ilevel instead of having a actually good team comp so most dont have evokers or priest.
