    this vid is awesome! One of my goals this year is to maintain a clean room. I want to achieve this goal because it helps with productivity and it gives me a good feeling of knowing that my room is not a disaster zone. Every night I will pick-up my room from the days mess, which will prevent my room from getting very messy by the end of the week. Then, on the weekends, I will wash clothes, deep clean bathroom, change sheets and etc.

    grab it the other way around with the thumbs pointing back, to avoid internal rotation of the shoulders

    Nice video! I would just add that the bench starts from the floor, a good amount of the strength comes from your legs/hips.
