🍲 Welcome to Food Passion! 🍲
In today's video, we're showing you how to make perfectly crispy fried chicken that's crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Whether you're cooking for family, friends, or just treating yourself, this recipe will give you restaurant-quality fried chicken right at home.
👩🍳 Ingredients:
1. Chicken - 750 gm.
2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp.
3. Green papaya paste - 2 tbsp.
4. Red chili powder - 1+1/2 tbsp.
5. All spice powder - 1 tsp.
6. Roasted & crushed coriander seeds - 1 tsp.
7. Roasted & crushed cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp.
8. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
9. Yoghurt - 2 tbsp.
10. BBQ sauce - 2 tbsp.
11. Salt - 1+1/2 tbsp OR to taste.
12. Cooking oil - 3 tbsp.
🔪 Instructions:
1. Add ginger garlic paste, green papaya paste and all spices in chicken.
2. Add yoghurt, lemon juice, BBQ sauce and cooking oil.
3. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
4. Cook until meat tenderize.
5. Fry the tenderized chicken.
7. Enjoy!!

1. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.
2. Use strained yoghurt.
3. Fry on medium heat to avoid burning.
