Quick update video on the status of all my cars, how the 82 is going after 6 months back on the road, an update on the daily seca 1.5 years on from the engine rebuild, formal introduction of the SX hatch, and an introduction of the next project that I'll be challenging myself with.

The 82 is back on the road, powered by the 20v. This was all filmed 6 months ago now and there has been more developments since, so I'll film an update video soon showing where the car is at now and upcoming work needed.

This is the first of probably 3 uploads for the 82 project. The car is finished and on the roads ripping again! I recorded clips of the project over the last year or so and have put them all together with a bit of driving footage as well. Quick video to update on the progress. Donor car is has been completely gutted and the 20v is out on a stand waiting to be torn down. @@girthydumpsterfire6920 was a rhino rack one that I found second hand locally, it's just s typical gutter mount rack so may also fit an mr2

Kinda seems like a waste to use the healthier 7A block as the guinea pig for working out the boost life.. But should be pretty rapid! I noticed in one of your rebuild vids that you had a bike carrier on your roof racks, I'm also getting the mtb's around in an AE93 Seca but I just take the front wheels off them and throw them in the back for now
I think it'll be alright, 7a block with smallport head is around 8.9:1 compression. The wiring setup im using was running a smallport with GZE pistons so I dont think i'll kill it too quick and would rather have the healthy block if it does just turn out ok. And if I do blow it up, i'll just do a proper rebuild using the other block with forged rods etc.
My favorite part of the video is the fact you wore a white t shirt to tear down and engine 😅😂😂

What engine oil are because you said you used 15w40 but but said no brand
Hi mate, I run penrite semi-synthetic 15w40 in this motor.
i have the ae92 liftback, but my front fenders are rusted beyond repair, and cant for the life of me find new ones😞 but its cool to see it without all the rust😆

Hi mate, I used a generic filter from supercheatauto, and a universal kit off ebay for the piping.
