Ford F150 Tailgate Letter Insert
In this video we will be going over the removal of some very cheap tailgate letters and putting on some better quality tailgate letters on my Ford F150. The process was easier than I thought, but with my kids as helpers and myself we got the job done. Ford F150 tailgate letters are not hard to find. I found these on amazon. You can find them on Ebay as well.

How to Smoke Beer Butt Chicken a.k.a Beer Can Chicken

A nice cook of two whole beer butt chickens. You could also call this drunken chickens. Great flavor. Even though the temperature got higher than I wanted the meat was still tender and full of smoky flavor. Beer butt chicken is really good and if you do not want the beer in it substitute it with a good Mojo blend in the can so the vapors that come out of the can keep the inner meat tender. Sorr...

I won a nylon wrapped pork shoulder in an Instagram giveaway. Looks like yours. I have a pellet smoker, and I always use a smoke tube for extra smoke. I plan to try this for Labor Day sandwiches. I was wondering what to do with that nylon. Will it fall apart if I take it off? I see it didn't hurt to keep it on during the smoke, so I'm in on that. Thanks!

I rebuild these trucks everyday I’ve probably rebuilt 100 of these trucks in the last year and I just changed my headlights to the led lights. My advice is to just start with the wheel turned out not in on the passenger side and remove the lights this way. But on the driver side it’s much easier to just open the hood and remove the air breather box and access the lights that way. There is 1 7mm you have to loosen on the breather neck. Then take out the one 13mm bolt on the rail by the fender and take the 2 clips off the breather intake tunnel. Then you have full access to both headlight bulbs on the driver side and there’s no fighting the inner fender.

If you took the mesh bag off in the beginning, you can just smoke it @ 225-240 for 4-6 hrs till it hits 185, turn the smoker off, let it rest in the smoker untouched to hit 190 (sorry my smoker is electric) then pull it off and - it shreds as well as slices great. The boneless IMHO is the way to go, it is both a pork steak and pulled pork depending on what you want to do.

@@medicrob5149 I made boneless X 2 yesterday. I had to stop it at 185 and it likely climbed maybe to 190 - But it was cold and windy so no real idea, I didn't watch it the whole time. It was stuffed with onions, garlic and celery and tied back to look like a loaf of bread almost. On one I cut the fat cap off and tied that across the opening where the vegetables were poking out. I did get some footage of it, will try to upload.

The mesh bag is basically holding a folded in 1/2 chunk of meat. You can aim shallow and inject it but if you get to the "middle" you're between the 2 folds of meat. The best way to do this is to take out of mesh, and I've had great success cooking it open, However I have 2 I'm doing in my electric smoker tomorow, one is 6+lb and other is under 5, I've got em marinadeing in pineapple juice now, and I plan on putting aromatic herbs and spices and garlic onion celery in the middle and tying it back to the same original shape, trimming the fat cap and tying that to the outside. So it will marinade inside out while the outside can crust up. Will try to take a few videos, but I have a face for radio and a voice for print. So lets see.
