Do you remember the pump handle restaurant on the corner of 11th and Harrison it was there for many years but now it’s gone tore down
It’s still there on state street just to the right of midway theater in the parking lot
Thankyou for the video love it….. I wanted to let you know that next to the midway theater there on State st there was a little parking lot well that little building was once a train depot like on the corner of 7th and railroad…. I know you don’t know everything but let me know what you think??

Excellent video!!! I’ve lived here all my life and totally agree with you! I would add a couple more things like the job market. With Amazon, UPS, Lowe’s warehouse, PC I packaging, the aerospace companies and so many more places to work, you can always find a job here. Wonderful retirement homes for the elderly. Great bike/walking/mobility scooter paths all over the area. Sports complexes that serve Rockford and all the surrounding towns, even Chicago area. Love❤ Rockford!
