Flexibility is not an instant thing. You start slow, but still getting a little stretch, and move up from there. This is not appropriate.
That’s child abuse. No adult should have that right of putting their body on a child’s leg. The body is not meant to hyperextend naturally, this is NOT ok.

This is not the way to train kids when learning how to do splits!!! It requires time to do some simple stretching then proceed to little more challenging stretches.😢😢😢
OH MY GODDDDD STOP NOW this is terrible it only hurts their little bodies as they get older flexibility comes with time not pain as a dancer I have my over splits and I didn’t have anyone sitting in me or breaking my little legs to make that happen this is just awful to watch

Pretty sure one can quit whenever they want. But Chinese aren't a nation of quilters. She's forcing her body deliberately to achieve that perfect stretch as soon as possible.
