Thanks for showcasing this. I toured the Mangwani apartments while there a few years ago and thought the 1 bedrooms were way too small and institution looking. However, I was hoping their townhouses or newer apartments would have more of a luxury look to them so I still had thoughts of possibly moving there. After watching this I still feel underwhelmed. I hope they start building these homes with updated/modern fixtures, bathrooms, design, flooring ...it would be so much better. The location is great but idk if its enough when the structure and interior lack beauty.

What types of documents/ requirements are needed from foreigners to purchase property in zanzibar?

The only appeal of this offering is proximity to the ocean. The houses and apartments are more than pricey. Spaces are small and the materials/decor are nothing special. Perhaps the infrastructure’s completion will make this property more attractive. For 500k USD I expect to be blown away. Unfortunately….

Those apartments look cheap, and they are expecting. I went all over there to buy one, and I changed my mind. I don't regret it. Then all the infrastructure around the apartment were not done two years ago. They promised me it will he done in two years. Look at this. It is still not done..I saw nicer apartment, and townhouses in the north of the island, cheaper and nicer

When we lived in Tanzania we stayed in mbweni area I highly recommend nice people rural area but still close enough to main city. Nice video
