I am facing an issue when adding Adpater1 as a Bridge. Port forwarding is configured but from the host, as I type localhost:8090 then it doesn't work. I then access it through an IP address but same the page isn't accessed. Any advice from your side, please.

when cloning a VM (since all the IPs are the same with NAT mode (?)) - any idea how I can set up port forwarding to all the different VMs? i.e. How can I differentiate one VM with another ---> especially if doing this via script?

How many adapters can be configured as bridged adapters in a single VM? Do we need to do any settings to make multiple adapters within a single VM (configured as bridged adapters) work?

Also on the 2nd option when I go to file/preferences, Oracle VM does not give me the option for the Network :( I am using Virtual box 7.0

The systemctl status sshd did not work for me, I have Oracle VM and I have Ubuntu 22 I believe, any help would be greately appreciated, I need to get the port forwarding working

Is it possible to access physical Network interfaces directly by a Virtual Machine? I have a Linux Mint Host with 6 Network Cards. I need to run Opnsense firewall/router and configure 4 of the network devices as a bridge (under opnsense, which I already do in a dedicated physical PC) to which other separate client computers can connect and access the internet through opensense. I need all clients behind the opnsense firewall to be able to communicate with each other and the internet. So right now, I have a Computer running Opnsense. That PC has 6 Network Cards, 1 for WAN (connected to my internet Modem) and 5 configured as a Bridge/switch, to which my other PC's on the LAN can connect (talk to each other and the Internet). I'd like to migrate that setup to a Virtual Maching running on the Linux Mint PC. I will add that I would also move my TrueNAS PC system to the Linux Mint Host in a VM as well. So I'd end up with the Firewall/router and NAS running as VM's on the Linux Mint Host. Everything in 1 box, rather than 3 separate PC's.

In video it would be sth like bridged network but I;m fighting with it ant cant solve it the way I want. Any sugestion?
