I met Crystal Lewis when i was 17 years old . In Florida at a Concert , She was Performing with DC Talk and Carmen itcwas Amazing!!! I love her Even to this Day !!! Her Music was The very First music i ever heard and Learned I Now Live her Song was the very 1st song i ever heard and learned when i 2st started going to church and recived Christ into my heart at 16vyears old.and we sang it in the youth Chior. Man, people are jaded. These girls helped bring me to Christ when I was a preteen and I’m thankful for that. Looking back, I would never expect them to be perfect people (no one is) but they seemed genuine and that was enough for me. They were a positive influence when I needed it so I’m happy about that.

Keith was a shining light for Christ. His music lifted me up, encouraged me and brought me to breakdown in tears. His songs like him were definitely filled with the Holy Spirit. 🙏 He continues to get through to my heart.

At age 16, my older sister would take me to different clubs and parties. One was "The Blah Blah Café". All I recall from there was that there was a very hairy Christian man who moved my spirit so much. I was just starting to do drugs back then though. I remember all the little tables and wait staff that were extra friendly to us. I had to actually remember being taken there though, but I honestly do remember the few times we went there. I'd repressed so many horrible memories from my youth that Keith Green and the Blah Blah Café memories were simply lost in the shuffle, until they weren't anymore.

I remember every body in California 1980 and my church was similar to your group some members from your area came over to us and we began to listen to Keith's music, what a blessing It was and still is today I tragically lost all the albums he made. I saw Keith in concert in Madison about a year before he died. It was so worshipful and he preached more more than he sang. I also loved. Second chapter of acts. I was so glad I had this music in college and now. And Phil keaggy also. The Christian music now is just not the same. Not as worshipful

My kids loved this group, especially my daughters. They were ahead of their time as a female Christian rock band.

I wonder what Keith’s kids are doing these many years later.
