You give incorrect information. Here are the most important points to address: (1) It is not a benchmark. It is a placement test that shows ability within a benchmark (2) The listening portion is not 15 minutes (3) All assessors are not women (4) The writing portion involves 3 questions, not 2.

Sorry for the late reply, IELTS, CELPIP, CLB are all different modes of English proficiency tests. Of all, I believe CLBPT is the easiest.
