I think your very nice
A long time ago in 1975 I met a beautiful lady called Gaynor Helen Albon.
I thought this is serious, but I didn't want to frighten her away,
So, I wrote a gentle song with no pressure.
Well 47 years later we are still together with two children, so this is the most successful song I have ever written.
Love you Gaynor. X

This song came to us out of nowhere and insisted on being written. That is all we can say to justify it. If you like it, perhaps you might support one of the refugee charities that are doing such amazing work, here and abroad. The video is made up of photos from the internet, mostly unattributed. If you were responsible for any of the images we have used, please let us know and we will credit you.

This spoof western was filmed in Stevenage Hertfordshire around 1965 outside No.5 Stonycroft. Using local children none of which were given any credit, my fault. If anyone recognises any of these children please contact me. Get my contact details by Googling Branor Systems. I would love to give them a copy of the film. Sadly, such a film could not be made now by a 23 year old man living alone a...

    I have been asked about the resistor that has to be used for different voltages. Assuming a white LED with a forward drop of 3.2 volts and a typical drive of 20 mA values as follows. 5 volts = 90 ohms 9 volts = 290 ohms 12 volts = 470 ohms I hope that helps. Sorry but I don't supply kits anymore. Bruce

      The sequence of pictures can be fed into a computer and processed by a program called photogrammetry which produces a file that can be fed into a 3D printer and an accurate model of the head can be made. It literally allows you to print people. Look at my website. Search for Branor.

  • @tomdriscoll751
    @tomdriscoll751 3 роки тому

    Wow hope the insurance will cover this, at least it should. Don't get the idea driving in the direction of someone's stupidly parked car though on such short distance, seems a bit irresponsible thing to do and looks like you just intend to smash this car. No offense tho and hope you are in one piece!

    • @brucepiggott

      I was inching scooter out slowly so I could turn in the road. I didn't expect it to take off like that. Because the steering wheel lifted off the ground I couldn't even steer! The fault with the engine control electronic is it gets confused with small repeated on/off cycles. I was able to reproduce this later. I even tried to do a wheelie by pushing the throttle hard down. It just pulled away until it reached the maximum speed of 4MPH. Normal operation of the throttle does not allow wheelies only repeated small on/off jabs. In the video you can see that was inching into the road by these short on/off cycles.

    • @tomdriscoll751
      @tomdriscoll751 3 роки тому

      @@brucepiggott So, you pretty much say you used the bike not in a 'normal operation' way? Why would you even do that, might have as well ride it while doing a hand stand and then complain you fell off it. As I typed prevoriously tho, glad you are in one piece Bruce, I like your vids and I'm sure your insurance will cover the damages to car and the bike, I personally use a bike from tga myself, and when I rode into a fence, I got insurance to pay for that.

    • @brucepiggott
      @brucepiggott 3 роки тому

      @@tomdriscoll751 The reason I drove like that is because its the only wat for this vehicle to advance slowly. If you try to pull away slowly by just gently pushing the throttle it suddenly lurches away up to 4MPH. In crowded areas or passing through a narrow opening, 4MPH is way to fast. I discovered that I can pull away slowly if I press the throttle on and off in sequence. This worked for me before so I used it when I needed to pull away slowly but this time It caused the control system to suddenly apply full power to the motor. Think about it, it shouldn't even be possible to do a wheelie with a disabled person on board. This is a serious design fault and owners of this vehicle should be warned, not to do what I did. This is a moral responsibility on my part. If you have a class 3 vehicle and you recommend it, please let me know about it because I need to by a replacement.

      @@brucepiggott Well, i have a tha one as I said this I think, looks similar tho might be newer model www.tgamobility.co.uk/range/scooters/breeze-s4 but dunno if this will be your price range, I hecked the price on yours, seems to be more down to earth and economy friendly. Frankly, the one I have also is very touch sensitive, got me some time to learn how to operate it. Is more like getting the right feel to squeeze gently. I once asked the guys at tga why it is so sensitive and if they can make it go slower, got info all scooters are like that to not 'burden the use wrist' or something, don't recall perfectly was almost year back. Seems to be the same thing with all scooters tho.

      @@brucepiggott "speed by itself" as in developed its own mind and did it? Dont those things work like motorsbikes and you turn a handle to accelerate? Why not make neon lights as well?

    • @brucepiggott
      @brucepiggott 4 роки тому

      Yes that is possible but neon lights often have sharp bends and that could be a problem with fibre optic cable. But try it anyway.

    • @DisgruntledPigumon
      @DisgruntledPigumon 4 роки тому

      Yeah I’d say the tiny bends you’d have to do at that scale would kill the effectiveness of the fibers.
