tbf you can as long as there isn't any cards that's not on the decklist provided, the duo deck box can still be used. You can use it like one for main deck + extra and other for side deck cards. However generally you just don't want to take any chances at a tournament, so they other deckbox is preferred

You are damaging your binder by jamming all those cards into the sleeves. Once the pockets are overstretched, cards will simply fall out of them over time. You should keep the max rarity versions of the cards you want and trade the rest away, no need to jam them into the pocket.
